Meet Robyn Gaillard
Mind-Body Connection Educator, Healing Arts Practitioner & Wellness Guide
Robyn helps people reconnect to their body’s wisdom and unlock lasting wellness from the inside out. Her approach honors both the biological and spiritual aspects of self — where terrain, signaling and intuition meet.
Robyn is a passionate advocate for holistic health and the body’s ability to heal.
Client sessions and workshops encourage wellness and oneness through the lens of the nervous system, circadian & cellular health, and understanding how the body’s physical and energetic systems rewire and heal.
The four pillars of Robyn’s work include: Movement, Thought, Emotions, Light.
Robyn’s personal, pivotal experiences include healing a marathon training injury while running the race, understanding the "why" behind a skin cancer diagnosis, and holistically healing a thyroid dis-ease. Principles of circadian biology, looking to nature, and deep diving into mitochondrial health allowed Robyn to experience wholeness, wellness, and a deep appreciation for life's ups and downs.
The Earth’s electromagnetic field has subtle and powerful effects on cellular function and the autonomic nervous system. We are moving through an evolutionary phase where we are now better understanding this valuable piece of awareness for cellular & circadian health, brain rewiring, and DNA expression. Neutrality and attunement are keys to healing and renewing the brain and the body.
My Journey to Wholeness
Healing Begins with Listening
I didn’t come to this work through theory — I came to it through experience.
After a marathon injury, a skin cancer diagnosis, and a thyroid imbalance, I realized that healing wasn’t just about treating symptoms. It was about understanding the body’s deeper intelligence and learning to live in alignment with nature’s rhythms.
By studying circadian biology, mitochondrial health, and quantum energy, I discovered how the body restores balance when we listen, slow down, and reconnect. What began as my personal search for healing has become my life’s work — helping others find that same sense of coherence, clarity, and calm within themselves.
The Teacher Behind the Healing
Before entering the healing arts, I spent twelve years as an elementary educator, guiding children through curiosity and creativity. I hold a Master’s Degree in Education and Creative Arts in Learning and a BFA in Theater, which taught me the importance of movement, expression, and the power of story.
My professional and personal growth led me to advanced studies in:
Yoga and Movement Therapy (Registered Yoga Teacher for 12+ years)
HeartMath® Practitioner Certification
Applied Quantum Biology Certification
Reiki Energy Healing
Blomberg Rhythmic Movement Training for integrating primitive reflexes and improving brain function
I’m also a remote, affiliate practitioner with the Northport Wellness Center in New York.
Philosophy & Approach
Robyn’s CARE Approach to Healing
Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken — it’s about remembering and sustaining your body’s natural coherent state.
My C.A.R.E. framework teaches nervous system awareness, heart-brain coherence, and light-based biology to help you regulate energy, reconnect to your body’s wisdom, and heal through states of dis-ease.
Coherence: Tap into the quantum field to align and access signal, balance, wisdom, and neutrality
Alignment: Reconnect to nature’s rhythms — light, movement, and rest.
Resilience: Understand stress physiology, emotional baselines and strengthen adaptability and ease through practical daily practices.
Embodiment: Live fully in your body’s intelligence and wholeness.
Science Meets Soul
Every session is a collaboration — an exploration of what your body is trying to tell you.
Together, we look at patterns through the lens of both biology and multidimensionality uncovering how environment, thoughts, and emotions shape your health.
Through simple tools and intuitive guidance, you will learn to understand your nervous system, build emotional resilience, and trust your body’s innate intelligence again.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about learning to live in coherence — even when life moves fast.
